Vascular Surgery

The second edition of this text is in the tradition of other outstanding multiauthored textbooks of surgery. The excellence of the book was established in the first edition by the selection as authors of the younger authorities in all of the important vascular surgical topics, the inclusion of extensive, up-to-date bibliographies, and the selection and professional reproduction of only the best illustrations and roentgenograms. For the second edition, many chapters and their bibliographies have been updated. An example of this is the inclusion in the chapter on fasciotomy of the experience with measurements of tissue pressures to determine the need for operation.
