Incorrect Author Affiliation and Correspondence Address.  In the article titled “Intertransversalis Fascia Approach in Urologic Laparoscopic Operations” by Li et al, published in the February issue of the Archives (2012;147[2]:159-167), the first entry in the “Author Affiliations” (page 159) and the second line of the “Correspondence” (page 166) sections should have read as follows: “Institute of Organ Transplant of Chinese PLA, 309 Hospital of PLA.”
