Error in Author Affiliations. In the Original Article titled “Downwardly Mobile: the Accidental Cost of Being Uninsured” by Rosen et al, published in the November issue of the Archives (2009;144[11]:1006-1011), an error occurred in the Author Affiliations on page 1006.
