In the Operative Technique article titled “Single-Access Laparoscopic Sigmoidectomy as Definitive Surgical Management of Prior Diverticulitis in a Human Patient” by Leroy et al, published in the February 2009 issue of the Archives (2009;144[2]:173-179), an author's name was misspelled in the byline. Misuhiro Asakuma, MD, should be spelled Mitsuhiro Asakuma, MD.
