AB In Miridjanian et al's article, "Massive Bilateral Hemorrhagic Pleural Effusions in Chronic Relapsing Pancreatitis" in a recent issue of the Archives (98:62-66 [Jan] 1969), Fig 3 and 4 appeared reversed (p 64). Fig 3 should have been Fig 4 and vice versa. On page 65 (col 1), the last sentence in the first full paragraph should have read: "Even more remarkable than the massive size occasionally attained by these effusions is the evidence that many resolve spontaneously as pancreatic inflammation subsides.7-9,19"
