The meeting was initiated by James Elam. Peter Safar as editor and James Elam as associate editor have done a monumental task in bringing together the various contributions in a trenchant format. Their editorial comments at the ends of various chapters further add to the vitality of the overall effort. There is extensive cross-fertilization between the various disciplines represented, and this is done in such a manner as to significantly contribute to reader interest in the presentation.The book has been divided into eight parts.
