A modified cystic duct clamp and a Potts-Smith scissors have expedited the intubation. The catheter has proved to be a versatile tool during biliary surgery, being used in different technical maneuvers. Its value as a transcystic duct drain has been demonstrated in a selected group of patients.(Arch Surg 114:749-751, 1979) SN - 0004-0010 M3 - doi: 10.1001/archsurg.1979.01370300103023 UR - http://dx.doi.org/10.1001/archsurg.1979.01370300103023 ER -
