Johanson.Lovell Jones, PhD, is well suited to be the editor of Minorities and Cancer because he is associate professor and director of experimental gynecology-endocrinology in the Departments of Gynecology, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biology of the University of Texas, Houston.He had a challenging task of integrating the articles of 65 contributors of interestingly diverse background: 10 are from Howard University, Washington, DC; 9 from Meharry Medical College, Nashville, Tenn; 15 from the University of Texas; 7 from Amherst (Mass) College; 5 from the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Md; and 19 have other affiliations.The message from all the contributors, variously
